*the weekend started with Deacon vomiting all over me
*not too many hours later Noah and I were sick too
*then Lincoln decided to climb out of his bed for the first time
*then Lincoln decided to climb out of his bed for the second time and over the babygate for the first time.
*the weekend continued with Noah and I sick and the boys running all over, healthy
*laundry started
*laundry continues
*laundry will continue
oh. and Noah's parents brought over boxes of his old stuff from their house. I am thinking: we have been married for 8 1/2 years. He hasn't needed this stuff in that time, so it is probably not necessary for his life now. I don't think he is going to see it the same way, though.

Oh no, you have confirmed my worst fears. j threw up last night and I really hoped it was just upset from Super Bowl food, not that the stomach bug was making the rounds again. From many people I've talked to, that is the case. I'm off to wash my hands.
The boxes make me laugh. My Dad brought over a bunch of stuff when he sold his house. If I hadn't needed it for 5 years I don't need it now right? This spring I'm going to rent a dumpster and say goodbye to my prom corsage, high school physics notes and various other things I don't need.
I'm sorry to hear that you're not feeling well and that you're dealing with boxes of childhood randomness at the same time.
That said, the middle child in me does feel better that I'm not the only one whose stuff has been kicked out of mom and dad's house lately, so thanks for sharing!
OH NOOOO. sick with healthy kids? ugh. I hope it doesn't spread...
No Elise, you aren't being picked on.
