Hi, I didn't want to fill up Lindsey's blog with more of what has unforunately turned into a needless debate but I wanted you to know this: even though I don't agree with you on this topic and felt it was not only untrue but also very unfair to say I lack self confidence and that's why I do what I do, I DO want you to know that I respect you as a person and fellow mom and wish you the best in your mothering.

I never said that we should NEVER leave our children for any reason and felt that you were misinterpreting my words to mean that. I volunteer regularly with a pro-life ministry each week and if my husband can't watch our girls, then I have a nice lady who can. My kids do not think the world revolves around them and they are respectful of other adults and listen and do well in Sunday school and the church nursery. They have friends they play with and they know that they can't always have what they want. I was simply challenging women to question their hearts and motivations before working and to trust in the Lord to meet their needs.
I don't want a war with you even though we disagree. So here is my attempt at peace making.

Thank you so much -- I am sorry for taking your comment personally when it wasn't intended that way. Too sensitive of me which I'm working on! :)
I laughed when reading about you starting a team with all your boys -- but maybe you just might get a girl someday! As far as boys go, I'm the one that needs to learn all about them since I'm due with one in about six weeks -- it's all new to me after doing the "girl thing" for so long! :) Guess I'll figure it out as I go.

Anyway, thanks again and have a good day
